UNITY EDGE SDN. BHD. offers shipping services only within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
We currently do not support international shipping. Orders placed with an overseas shipping address will be cancelled and fully refunded.


2. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to provide FREE SHIPPING on all Orders placed through our website.
No shipping charges will apply, regardless of Order value, weight, quantity, or delivery location within Malaysia.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once the Order is confirmed and packed, You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if applicable.

4. Delivery Timeframe

  • All Orders are expected to be delivered within 7 business days from the shipping date.
  • Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on the recipient’s location, courier availability, and public holidays.
  • While We strive to meet the 7-day timeline, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your understanding.

5. Courier & Tracking Information

We work with reliable local and national courier services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

  • Once your Order is dispatched, You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) by email.
  • You may use this number to monitor your shipment via the courier’s tracking portal.
  • If tracking is not available due to special logistics arrangements (e.g., for bulk items), our team will notify You accordingly.

6. Packaging & Handling

Given the nature of our products — electrical and electronic components, tools, connectors, and wiring accessories — We take great care in packaging to prevent physical damage, moisture exposure, or static interference during transit.

  • All items are packed using anti-static materials, bubble wrap, foam, and secure boxes when necessary.
  • Sensitive components are sealed and labeled appropriately.
  • Larger items such as reels, bulk wiring, or boxed accessories are secured and protected during handling.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure timely and successful delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any relevant unit number, floor, building name, or delivery notes.
  • A valid contact number is required for shipping updates or courier coordination.
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details may result in failed deliveries, delays, or returned parcels.

We are not responsible for any delays or failed delivery attempts caused by inaccurate address or contact details.


8. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • Couriers may attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or inaccessible premises, the parcel may be returned to Us or held at a local branch.
  • We will contact You to arrange a redelivery at no extra cost. However, extended delays due to repeated failed attempts may affect the delivery timeline.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Goods

If You receive a parcel that is damaged, tampered with, or has missing items, please contact Us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Include:

  • Your Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging and item(s)

We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution — whether a replacement, refund, or store credit — depending on product availability and case review.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with our courier partner to file a claim and provide a replacement or refund.


10. Delivery Delays During Peak Periods

Please note that during festive seasons, public holidays, or major sales events, Order processing and delivery may take longer than usual due to high courier volume.
We advise You to place Orders early during such periods to avoid disappointment.


11. Bulk Orders & Special Delivery Needs

For large-volume or wholesale Orders, We may coordinate with You to arrange appropriate logistics support. This may include:

  • Palletized shipping
  • Scheduled drop-off with unloading equipment
  • Special handling for fragile or precision components
