This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding product returns, cancellations, and refunds for purchases made through our wholesale channels or online platforms.


1. Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to UNITY EDGE SDN. BHD., located at 8, Jalan Perniagaan 1, Pusat Perniagaan Alma, 14000 Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.
  • “Customer”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual, business, or entity that makes a purchase from us.
  • “Goods”, “Products”, or “Items” refer to any electrical or electronic parts, components, accessories, and wiring products sold by the Company.
  • “Website” refers to our official e-commerce or digital sales platform(s).

2. Return Policy (Within 30 Days)

We accept returns for most items within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition.
  • Items must include original packaging, along with any accessories, labels, or documentation.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation) must accompany the return request.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected at our discretion.


3. Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued via your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Approved refunds will be for the full amount paid for the item(s), provided they are returned in acceptable condition.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at unity-edge@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Clear photographs of the product, if damaged or incorrect
  3. Await confirmation and return instructions from our support team before shipping any items.

Please ensure that all returned items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.


5. Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

We allow customers to cancel their orders within twelve (12) hours of placing them.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Cancellations must be requested via email to unity-edge@outlook.com, and must include the order number and the name under which the order was placed.
  • Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched.
  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If the cancellation window has passed or your order has already been processed, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return Policy.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item by emailing unity-edge@outlook.com.
  • Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photographs showing the condition of the item and packaging

Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.


7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to receive a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately for the replacement item.
